Jimmy Tran

I'm the lead developer at EOS Healthcare Marketing, where we run websites for about 200 dental, veterinary and medical practices. I build those sites, and I also look after the servers they run on and the updates that keep them safe.

These days I spend more of my time on the systems behind the sites than on any single site.

WordPress builds

Most of my builds start from a designer’s mockup. I turn it into a custom theme or build it out in Divi or Elementor, and I’ve made 20+ custom ACF blocks so the content team can put pages together without me.

Hosting & maintenance

I moved 180 practice sites off old DigitalOcean servers and onto Kinsta. Downtime per site dropped from about 4.6 hours a month to 17 minutes. I also put every site on one maintenance dashboard and worked the list down from 99 critical vulnerabilities to zero.

AI & automation

Routine plugin updates now run through AI connected to our maintenance tools, with a visual check before and after each one. I also built the company brain, a shared knowledge base our AI tools read so they actually know our clients. For smaller automations I reach for n8n, Make or Zapier.
